Card content

Your words, prompts, logo and print files are processed in the add-on and your Adobe Express document. They are not sent to our payment or license service. Saved setups and print settings are stored for each document in your current browser through Adobe add-on storage. Clearing browser storage removes them; it does not remove the pages in Adobe Express. Adobe processes document content under its own policies. Downloaded setup files can contain your logo and activity text.

Payments and licenses

Stripe processes payment and billing information. We do not receive full payment-card numbers. Our service stores payment and checkout identifiers, license hashes and short hints, payment status, amount, currency, timestamps and a hashed email reference for purchase support. The license code is included in the Stripe payment description so it can be recovered from the receipt.

Browser storage and service requests

The add-on saves your license in browser storage if you activate it. Remove saved license deletes that stored code. License checks transmit the code over HTTPS and do not include card content. Our hosting and payment providers process connection information required to operate and secure the service. This product does not use advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Purchase records are kept while needed to provide access, handle disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. You can delete setup files and remove generated pages or the Adobe document through the tools you use. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests relating to service records; some payment records may need to be retained.
